  • Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin September 1st and is expected to continue through mid October. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.

    ​​​​​​​Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

Condo itself was perfect! Great views, great furnishings! Spanish Main as a whole needs some upgrades though. Very dated. But the condo itself made our stay very nice!

Perfect condo for a beach vacation. The property was spotless. The communication was efficient and thorough. The location is centrally located with many restaurants nearby. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning with our balcony right on the beach. We will be back next year.

Condo was perfect for a teachers spring break. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Balcony was great for watching the sunrise .. and it was not super packed. We had 1 issue with the the AC, but managment responded quickly and fixed the problem. Would recommend to anyone headed to east coast of Florida.

Annual Spring Break vacation

We (65 couple) come to Cocoa Beach this time each year. First time at Spanish Main condos. Great views and access to everything we needed.

Parking was easy. #9 Garage was kind of spooky. The beach items were great. We also appreciated the amount of household items like towels, cleaning products etc. that were available. Furnishings were clean & up to date.

Amazing Stay!!

We had such an amazing stay at this property. The location was perfect for our family. We wanted a low-key, chill beach trip and wow did we get just that. The private beach access was key and the communication and recommendations from the property manager was such a nice touch. We are already looking at future dates to book again! Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean and updated 4th floor 2 br beach condo unit, ocean front. Everything we needed was there. Very quiet with covered parking. Really enjoyed Cocoa Beach and the local “haunts” and restaurants.

The stay met all or exceed our expectations. It was very comfortable and looks like it has recently been upgraded. The view was awesome. If there was one thing i would change is add some more patio furniture IE 2 more chairs and a larger table. Beside that we would definitely stay there again.

A Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

We had the most incredible stay at this beachfront condo! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset each evening was pure magic. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful property with great ocean view

Everything meets the description, the condo is perfectly equipped (lots of beach items are available), clean and quiet, we enjoyed every morning the sunrise and the ocean view. We would definitely recommend 👍👍👍

Everything was great. We had an awesome time. Having a wife that likes to bring everything, :) I even appreciated the little things like having luggage carts/grocery carts near the elevator to help cut down on trips to the room. Natalie was a huge help and when we needed some recommendations she was quick to respond with some great suggestions. Will definitely be back and spread the word among friends and family.

The condo was beautiful. We did have some issues figuring out how to get the TV to work as there were 2 remotes. Also had a small problem with the washing machine but the rental company did address the issue.

This was a beautiful place right on the water, top floor I was bummed to find out when we arrived that the elevator was broken, we stayed Sunday to Sunday and the elevator was fixed by Thursday.
