    Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Location was perfect. Could walk to pier and great restaurants. Short drive to many other good restaurants and attractions and shopping. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay.

Home away from home

Very clean, fully stocked- amazing views. Close enough to Cocoa Beach pier you can walk. Perfect location to do all there is to see in the area. Would most definitely stay there again ! Host was very nice and helpful

Perfect Cocoa Beach Getaway!!!!

My family and I wanted a few days at the beach before hitting Disney and we absolutely loved our stay at this location. It was close to dining, shopping, and the area attractions we were interested in seeing (like the Space Center). The condo was spacious enough for our family of 5 to spread out and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The condo grounds were well maintained and had a pool and tennis courts. I highly recommend this location, we will certainly be back!

Great Place for Kids!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. The kids bedroom was perfect for two littles with bunks and a queen. The touch of having some toys, puzzles and books to read at bedtime was awesome. When it was time to go to the beach, there were towels, a beach cart, toys, boogie boards and so much more. It was the perfect getaway for a family and felt very well equipped! Would stay again in a heart beat!

Great location!

We loved everything about our stay! Two adults and two 15 year old boys. The boys played tennis, shuffle board, putt putt and of course hit the beach. They have a nice size pool and the beach is steps away from the condo. The condo was clean and the host was super friendly and got us all the information we needed. Tons of restaurants right down the street. I would for sure stay here again.

Beautiful condo, well appointed, steps to the ocean. Highly recommend

Dawn was so great to work with, super responsive. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need. While we didn't cook while we were there, we couldn't help but notice how nice the dishes and pots and pans were. Even the bath and beach towels were luxe. Easy parking, quiet building, great ocean view from the balcony. A block from Publix and the wine store. Fantastic!

Wonderful place! Beautifully decorated will all the extras! Everything you need for the beach! Cart, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys!! Toys, books, games for inside! Lots of room and spotless! We will stay again next year! Short walk to the pier! Be sure to eat at Coconuts! Nice pool and short walk to beach! Very quiet and peaceful! Be sure to eat at Coconuts! Spectacular Food!! And on the beach!!!

Wonderful Family Friendly Condo!

This was a delightful 2 bedroom condo. The owner seriously took the time to consider having little "extras" for the family. The second bedroom had twin bunk beds and a queen bed and it also included a small table with 2 chairs for the kids to play at. The condo was filled with everything a family would need for a beach trip including a wagon full of beach supplies and boogie boards! I highly recommend staying in this condo! We were a party of 6, Myself, husband and teenager, plus my eldest daughter and my 2 granddaughters (ages 6 and 3).

This condo felt like home…

This was my families 2nd time staying at Cocoa Beach Towers (our favorite location) but our first in this condo #26! From the moment we walked in it felt like home, from the super comfy beds all the way down to the comforts of home like coffee and detergent for the guests already stocked in the kitchen (we replaced most so the future guests could enjoy too)! Our host Dawn was such a nice person and had quick responses! My favorite spot was sitting on the balcony with my coffee and Bible listening to the ocean waves to start each day and then ending each night back on the balcony as well! My family will definitely be staying in this exact unit again and truly can’t wait until next time! ❤️😊

Absolutely Wonderful Stay Right on the Beach!!

We booked this condo as we were coming off a cruise and wanted to stay a few extra days at the beach before heading back to ND. When i booked it I asked Dawn the property owner if we could possibly get an early check in due to the timing of when we got off the ship. We know it's not always possible due to other reservations and cleaning but she said she'd do her best. When we leaving the ship I messaged Dawn and she very promptly responded that we could check in early. This was huge for us and allowed us a few extra hours on the beach. Dawn was always very responsive to my inquiries and did so much to make sure our stay was the best possible. The check in process was super easy too! The property itself was gorgeous. Loved the cute beach decor. Very inviting and cozy. The beds were comfy and I slept like a baby during our stay. The full furnished kitchen was nice and we had everything we needed. The extra bonus was all the beach equipment: toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, surf and boogie boards and even a cute little wagon to used on the very short walk to the beach. There were also games for indoors and a pool to enjoy. Finally the location was perfect. You are literally steps from the beach. As you exit the pool area you walk over a small walkway and within a few feet you are sinking your toes in the sand! Perfect!!! I can't recommend this property enough based on our experience. From the location, to the condo, to Dawn herself, it was all incredible!!

Great Condo in Cocoa Beach!!

This condominium was very clean and comfortable and located in a great location close to shop and great places to eat! We would stay here again and highly recommend this rental! Fun beach boogie boards too!

Excellent Vacation

The condo was perfect for my family. I have twin 5 year olds and a 2 year old who stayed here with my wife and I. The place had everything we needed even fans (a must for us). The master bed was so comfortable. We slept awesome every night. Pool was great. Beach was great. Location was great. Walked to most of the restaurants we ate at with the kids. Could go on and on. Highly recommend this place!

Property and rental was nice. Dishwasher was loud and could use upgrading but worked just fine. Only real downfall was pool closing about 8pm even though quiet time wasn’t till 10pm.
