This is a fantastic place to stay in Cocoa Beach. They have all the amenities for the beach, gaming, all around good time. We really enjoyed our time here and loved the arcade game. This is a perfect place for kids. The host was very gracious and helpful with anything we needed. Definitely will rent this place again.

This place was perfect! So close to the beach and the river. The house had so much entertainment in it and my family enjoyed all of it. Especially my 4 year old son. We will definitely come back and stay here again! Highly recommend it!

Beautifully Decorated!!!

Check in was simple amd communication with property owner was great. Everything was in working order and had lots of extras for the beach. Easy walk across the not so busy street to beach. Our family really enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful home!

We had a great weekend. The property was very clean and spacious and packed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jen offers many thoughtful touches to enhance our vacation. The putting green, game room and kayaks were family favorites The kitchen was especially well stocked for family meals endless Keurig Coffee. The only downside was noise

Lots of Fun!

The house has a lot of games and fun things to do. We enjoyed the golf, and the game room. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. And the top deck is the perfect spot for your morning coffee!

Great vacation home!

We truly enjoyed our week at the sunny Lane beach home! Comfortable beds, home as advertised and our boys enjoyed all of the available entertainment at the home. Jen & Ken thought of all the details! We will rent again when we are back in the area.

Perfect for family vacation

We spent the weekend at Sunny Lane with our two small children. The house was clean, stocked with everything you could need (down to phone chargers and spare sunglasses!), and in a convenient location to the beach and downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Charming Florida Island Cottage

Everything about this place was perfect. The host was more than accommodating and every detail was thought thru. Spotlessly clean and totally updated. We only wish we had more time to spend there so we could enjoy all that was available. We will rent again for sure!

Cute spot to relax

House was really lovely with lots to keep everyone entertained. Close to both the river and ocean. Only downside was having to cross a very busy road to get to the ocean.
