Unit 413 is a clean & spacious (1,300 sf - largest 2 bedroom condo in the area) 4th floor unit directly on the beach with a beautiful south facing ocean & beach view! This gorgeous condo was newly renovated and boasts many excellent unit & complex amenities. Whether you are getting away to relax or looking for fun for the whole family, this condo will exceed your expectations!

For your entertainment, the condo is equipped with in unit WiFi & 3x big TVs so you don't have to miss the big game! You also don't need to dine out every night as the condo has a fully equipped kitchen that will make you feel at home - meals and morning coffees can be enjoyed overlooking the ocean on your spacious balcony. For your convenience, this condo has a laundry rooms with a full size W&D and is stocked with beach accessories!

The condo comfortably accommodates 6 people (king in master, 2 twins in guest & a queen sofa sleeper), all with high quality/thread count linens and fresh pillows & towels.

Discounts are automatically applied for stays of 7 nights or more! The longer you stay, the bigger the discount!
Pet Policy: Maximum 1 cat or dog up to 30 lbs. No dangerous dog breeds are allowed. Condo Association and on-site manager strictly enforces rules and weight limit.
Please note there is a large hotel complex being built next door to Sandcastles. The work is Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

Beautiful new condo. Everything was very nice. Communications with agent and advance info was great. Clean, well furnished , beach chairs etc provided, Denny's across the street. Even had Netflix.

Family Vacation

Lovely place with the best location right on the beach. It was very clean and had everything needed to cook a delicious meal. We made good use of the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella daily. Will definitely stay here again!

Condo Is NOT NEW as Listing States

I was very disappointed to arrive at a nearly 40 year old property. The pictures are quite deceiving. While the kitchen has been updated as well as the bathrooms the overall feel of the unit is old. The dining and living room furniture are older and the cushions on the couches are not comfortable. The tile floors left your feet or socks very dirty after walking around a while. They were many nice touches such as toiletries in the bathrooms, laundry and dishwashing soaps available as well as trash bags. Beach chairs and umbrellas along with a cooler were also nice. The complex was very well kept and the location on the beach was great. I think the unit has great potential but a few details need to be addressed and the misleading listing needs to be changed.

Perfect apartment in all aspects except for the mattress in the master suite which is very soft regardless of your weight you will sink and wake up with back pain not to mention that you will have to move all night but besides that everything was very great.

Spacious place

Large place quite suitable for our week long trip. Lots of amenities supplied for the kitchen, and appreciated the extras for the pool/beach.. nice touch! The place was quiet despite still renovations occurring. Check in was easy and the host was quite hospitable. Thank you for having us!

Excellent clean.

We loved our stay and we had all the accommodations we needed we loved being on the beach and having chairs and being able to use them without having to drag them with us. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and we felt at home and we will stay here again when we come back. Thank you for a wonderful stress free vacation. We all really enjoyed it and appreciate you all being so supportive with my service dog.

great .location

clean, great location. Love the quality umbrella, beach chairs and bogey boards. The condo was well stocked. we only had one key for the gate to the beach. I never thought to request another one. Zarek responded immediately but I was checking out at the time. Don't be afraid to ask. I had a bit of difficulty checking in, I missed that we needed to add a symbol after the coded. It was after a long day of travel and the area was dark. Thankfully, other visitors helped us.

Home away from home

Unit was roomy and comfortable. Not a lot of "junk" around. Lots of space for things. HUGE closet in master. Close to lots of things. I felt unit was clean and it was nice to have supplies to sweep during our stay and do a few loads of laundry. Would stay here again.

Sandcastles Condo at Cocoa Beach

We had a great time staying in this unit for our spring break vacation. The unit was stocked with many useful things we needed - laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels came in handy, also. The view of the ocean from this unit was better than what we expected and it was an easy walk onto the beach. Pool and hot tub were great also. Owner was very helpful with questions we had and was quick to reply back to us. We would definitely stay here again!

Ok, but not quite as expected

The property was not quite as nice as expected. A lot of repairs being made to the complex. However, the unit was not bad. The twin bed mattresses need to be replaced. The registration did not state weight requirements for pets until after finalizing registration.
