This spacious home features 4 comfortable bedrooms with 4 beds, including 1 king-size bed and 3 queen-size beds. Each bedroom provides a cozy retreat where guests can relax and recharge after a day of exploring Coachella Valley.

For additional sleeping space, the living room also features a comfortable sofa bed, bringing the total to 5 beds throughout the home.

$200 non-refundable pet fee per pet
Pool Heating: $150 per night, with a 2-night minimum.
Spa Heating Only: $100 per night.

Pool Heating Policy:
Pool heating must be requested 24–48 hours before your stay to allow sufficient time to prepare and heat the pool. Same-day heating requests may not be available.

Pool & Spa Heating:
Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously due to the system configuration. The system is designed to heat one at a time. Once the pool reaches the desired temperature, the system can be switched to spa mode, and vice versa.

Because of this, there may be a delay while switching between pool and spa heating.
