Welcome to the beautiful Coachella Valley. We are 1.5 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds home of world renowned Music Festivals. We are 30 min from legendary Palm Springs and 20 min from El Paseo Drive. Re-energize in the comfort of our beautiful home away from home. Large backyard w/pool, fire pit and grill. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to dine in or the Coachella Valley offers many dining experiences.

The space
You will feel right at home in our beautiful Coachella home. We are located approximately 1.5 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds. It is the perfect place to stay and enjoy your visit to any of our world renowned Music Festivals. We are 30 minutes from legendary Palm Springs and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. And 20 minutes from El Paseo Drive Palm Desert, best known for it’s shopping and dining experiences. You can also enjoy the local cuisine just ask us we can recommend our favorite places to you. The Coachella Valley offers access to many golf courses, casinos, and beautiful picturesque hiking. Our two story home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, one bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size air mattress and our Casita has a queen bed and its' own separate entrance. We do have extra queen and twin air mattresses when needed. The living room has a large sectional couch and Lazy Boy recliner where you can watch our 75” Smart TV set. Listen to your favorite music from your smartphone via Bluetooth on our Ion Pathfinder speaker. All of our rooms have plantation shutters so that you can block out the desert sun in the middle of the day for some well deserved down time.
Our large backyard has a very large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, wading pool, fire pit and BBQ grill. Covered patio is 20 feet by 12 feet. Pool is 39 ½ feet long by 20 feet wide. The Jacuzzi and the wading pool are 10 feet by 7 feet each. The side yard is 24 feet by 18 feet 432 square feet. Our back yard is 78 feet from the back fence to the house and 71 feet from fence to fence. 5,538 square feet. Total of back yard, patio and side yard is about 6,000 square feet. The pool takes up about 1000 square feet. We do have two large ice chests and several medium size ice chests available for our guests to use outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with all basic kitchen appliances in addition to coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot, crock pots, blender and all other kitchen items you need to maximize your visit. Both the weather and the pool temperature are perfect for any of our desert festivals. We are 1.5 miles from Empire Polo Grounds. Our community welcomes Music festival goers and all other visitors.
