"Worked well for 4 guys, 1 bed room has bunk beds, Had option for fold out beds, Were supposed to have 5 guys , Would have been tight but better cost wise. But only 1 full bath Rented and got charged the VRBO fee, didn't expect that along with the 1st charge, I should have paid attention to that, My first time rent from VRBO. But good overall."

"This spacious house was able to accommodate 3 generations (11 people) without feeling cramped. Convenient features like multiple sinks, refrigerators and laundry made it easy on the adults. The kids loved the built in entertainment of air hockey and foosball. "

"For 28 years we have gone to the outer banks in NC and this week at Rye Beach front was our favorite vacation. There was so much to do within 15 - 30 min, convenient to stores for supplies, and relaxing. The house had everything we needed and generously supplied things that we weren't expecting. Our host was easy to reach during the whole process and went out of their way to assist when we were having trouble with our bank card making a payment early on. "Perfect place to stay! Close to Cedar Point, Rye Beach (private/included with house rental), Lighthouse, and many other great beaches and parks. Property was properly maintained. Comes with everything you need to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Only bad thing I could say is SPIDERS! Not fault of property owners. Huge spiders outside living on the beautiful deck. Bring bug spray if visiting during warm months. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. Cheers!"

"My husband and daughter stayed while she was playing in a softball nationals tournament. They said the location was absolutely perfect for the park and Cedar Point. The neighborhood was quiet, perfect location to the water and a lovely home. The pictures and amenities were perfect, including the grill. Thank you Jimmy for your hospitality!
