"What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x"

"Good location for visiting the coast and the Broads."

"Excellent stay"

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast!"

"Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊"

"The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked."

"Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line "

"Hola, he estado en este hotel unos días para visitar a un familiar: El desayuno es muy bueno, la habitación está limpia y el trato es muy correcto. Queda un poco alejado del centro de Lincoln, pero se puede ir dando un paseo muy agradable."

"Excellent room with air conditioning which was a boon. Facilities were also excellent. Breakfast was good and parking on the premises. Would stay there again."

"Check in lento difícil parking"

"Hotel de 3 estrellas muy justo. Precio correcto pero muy viejo"

"Buen hotel con buen restaurante. Caro como todos en Inglaterra, pero muy correcto. Alejado del centro de la ciudad es necesario coche."

"Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50"
