"Amazing shower - like standing under a hot waterfall after months of rain! Great beds & absolutely incredible view. Only small bug bear was the WiFi - we weren't able to stream a program, it just kept freezing or spinning. Not a biggie, we ended up hot spotting from our phones. Overall would highly recommend, great location, lovely staff & a really enjoyable visit."

"To say I was disappointed to pay top price for 3 nights accomodation only to have my family and I kept awake all Saturday and part Sunday night by a DJ who I’m assuming was associated with the hotel in a venue below. We were on level 9 and the music was ridiculously loud, I don’t recommend families stay or do proper research before booking on a weekend. "First off, the reception greeting was good very polite. But ask them something out of the ordinary and you get a blank stare. No comprehension of what you are asking. The manager says things are available to you, but the front desk know nothing about it. Keep in mind that there are new owners now who are doing catch ups in quite a few areas. On the surface everything looks clean spotless and tidy. But behind those washing machines, toilets and dyers are months of dust, powder and assorted...

"Very noisy. Could hear people yelling and cars being revved all night. NO HOT WATER! The shower was awful. There were bright lights outside our window that were on all night and couldn’t be blocked out by the blinds. I’m so tired!"
