"Got this reservation through Expedia. The hotel shuttle was unavailable when we got to Orlando. Couldn’t get people to answer the phone or give information. Ended up getting a different hotel room. Total waste of money"

"Very clean hotel. Located in a nice area. Staff was pleasant and knew their job and breakfast was great also. Only complaint was their was a stain on the sheets for the sofa bed and the matter on it was a bit out of shape. But staff brought up new sheets right away. Overall a great stay."

"The only off putting thing is that they’re pumping techno music into all public spaces 24/7. It makes it impossible to enjoy a quiet moment reading outside or at the pool , or be able to eat dinner in peace. Very poor decision by upper management to do this."

"Called hotel upon arrival at Orlando International airport and they sent the shuttle over for me. Scheduled it back to airport upon check in. Room was ready upon arrival. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Nice Denny’s just across the street. Breakfast was basic but ample choices. Coffee available all the time, but no cookies. This was my second stay before a cruise departing from Cape Canaveral. Already booked another stay this summer. Thank you!"
