Issues are it is close to main road, but pretty quiet till 530 or 6 a.m.. then u here construction trucks and motorcycles starting up from the traffic light across from property. No microwave, coffee maker or access to hot water for tea in room or on premises. They supply 2 nice beach towels (and a beach umbrella- but our room didn't have it, be careful cuz they may think u took it and charge you) and robes. Would rather have microwave or coffemaker, rather than...

"Clean and comfortable room with a large fridge and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The bar was nice for having a cocktail on the patio or poolside. Breakfast was as expected - many choices from toast and cereal to premade eggs and sandwiches. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions for entertaining my young grandson. I would stay here again."

"The room is clean and the decor looks nice but there were painters tape in our room's walls and the bathroom hanging fixture (shower curtain holder and towel holder) is not tighten so can easily fall out."

"We could bring our Yorkie with us and staff didn't make us feel it was a bother. The edge of the bed sank down when you sat on the bed felt like you were slipping off I could tolerate my bed so I could bring my pup."

Was told I'd receive 15% back and now currently fighting to get that 15% hot tub looked nasty pool didn't look super clean either. Room was clean though so I guess that's better than nothing. "The front desk were excellent. All friendly and ready to help. I remember Ms Carol, wish I had the others names. The bed was ok. Bring your own pillows. It didn’t smell like dog. There were hair in the shower floor and 3 flies in the room. I asked the cleaning lady to return in 30 minutes. She said she would but never returned. We took our own towels out and retrieved towels. "

"This is a place that your going to get what you pay for, the rooms are ok and the building is showing some wear. Staff is friendly and accommodating. breakfast is basic but is free so it works. Pool is nice. This was a last minute rental while meeting friends in the area to show them Rehobeth beach that they had not seen before, and my wife volunteered me to pay. All in all it was better than OK. Hotel is in the heart of the shopping area which was taken advantage of."
