"Clean"

"Location is about 1-2 miles away from the ocean so no "ocean view". We stayed a week prior to the "summer" season starting so parking was easy and close to your room. The rooms, grounds and amenities were extremely clean and well taken care of. Office staff were friendly and very helpful - tended to a small problem right away and very accommodating. Access to the highway and nearby stores was easy - but here again, a bit off-season, I would definitely stay there again."

"Room could have been cleaned and maintained better. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and toilet paper roll holder was broken. The refrigerator leaked water onto the shelves. Bare feet, foot prints in the shower when we arrived. Manager not that concerned about deficiencies."

"Cute smaller hotel. Could use some updating like carpeting in main areas and worn looking pool and hot tub, and in room tubs and toilets. But overall for price and how amazing the staff is, my family and I will definitely be back. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, and I loved the pillows. Our room had a jacuzzi tub, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, plus you can ask the front desk for an electric hotplate so you can cook meals in room. "If you hate beach sand under your toes this is not the place for you. Great location between Lewes and Rehoboth but not in heart of either. Decent breakfast buffet, room kept clean, lots of fresh towels. Quiet"

"Breakfast menu was fresh. However there were no options for folks who are lactose intolerant and for those who only eat scrambled egg whites. Also, the room was clean except for the few spider webs in the corners of the walls. "
