"We love staying at the Avenue! Breakfast is always warm and tasty and they go above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Love hanging out in the beautiful lobby for wine and cheese or just to take a break from the heat. We will be back again soon!"

"Breakfast menu was fresh. However there were no options for folks who are lactose intolerant and for those who only eat scrambled egg whites. Also, the room was clean except for the few spider webs in the corners of the walls. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Canal side Inn. So did my furry companion Frankie, who was well greeted by the owners and other pets alike. Guests were equally friendly, those with 2 feet. The room was lovely for a single traveler and dog. It was especially nice being in a residential neighborhood with the canal right outside the doorstep, lovely scenery, easy walking distance to Rehoboth Beach Perfect four-day vacation to clear the mind with easy access to all that you would want in...

"Really loved our stay! Only complaints were: Curtains don’t cover patio door and balcony lights are on 24/7 - NOT GOOD for sleeping! Wifi was disabled before we checked out."

"This stay barely gets an approval… The advertised breakfast and fitness room were in the next door property - so using them was beyond a hassle (so I did not). The room’s door did not have a deadbolt, so I moved the couch in front of it to give some peace of mind. After my first shower (the tub floor was warped and creaky) the water would not turn off - thankfully this was a day time shower and someone was available to fix the problem. "The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. My family and I had a wonderful time here and we plan on coming back very soon!"

"Room could have been cleaned and maintained better. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and toilet paper roll holder was broken. The refrigerator leaked water onto the shelves. Bare feet, foot prints in the shower when we arrived. Manager not that concerned about deficiencies."
