The hosts were excellent, going above and beyond - i needed to check-in early as well as a late check-out and when it looked like my taxi wasn’t going to show up they even got me over to the Spirit of Tasmania. I’m not fond of travelling solo, so being looked after by such kind, caring people is a real pleasure. "
