"In general, staff was helpful and nice. But we did experience some unpleasant moments. Breakfast included was alright only bc of all the breads and waffle maker. Eggs were soggy wet every morning. The sausage gives me the ick, and the bacon is super salty and thin. Coffee is horrible. Social Aroma Restaurant… No! Just no. It tasted as all the spices were old and expired, and they added extra to increase the flavor. That made the food taste powdery. The garlic naan was almost ok, but it lacked...

"Very professional and friendly staff; easy check in. Fabulous suite room; very large, with fridge, microwave, two TVs, sofa, seats, table. Very clean room and bathroom; also had a small outdoor balcony patio. Very cool place to stay in Orange County. Very clean grounds, with parking near elevators to access rooms; good breakfast. Overall, a gem of a hotel with professional staff. Thank you, we'll stay here again!"

"Our room air conditioner was extremely loud and even woke us up when it came on at night. To get hot water in the sink we had to turn on the bathtub full blast so it got to the sink. Really? The TV stations they offer are a joke. Half are not english and the other half are HSN. Breakfasts are ok. Today they ran out of Blueberries and bananas. The scrambled eggs had the consistency of a rubber ball. The room we had was large, which was good. The strength and flow of the shower was very...

"Elevator close to our room (far end of the building) went out of service. The door on the second floor exit wasn’t working. We were forced to use the stairs and/or elevator on the opposite end of the building. We left the hotel early in the morning and returned around lunch hour and the elevator was still out of service and the 2nd floor stairs entrance/exit wasn’t working either. I called front desk to complain about the situation and the girl who answered was very rude saying that they tried...

"The property was amazing.. problem was the resort was inundated with a large number of babies, infants, toddler s and adolescents. It was like visiting a daycare center.. kids in pool with diapers, dogs running around off leach and kids jumping in spa like it was a pool.., parents were feckless!"
