"Very professional and friendly staff; easy check in. Fabulous suite room; very large, with fridge, microwave, two TVs, sofa, seats, table. Very clean room and bathroom; also had a small outdoor balcony patio. Very cool place to stay in Orange County. Very clean grounds, with parking near elevators to access rooms; good breakfast. Overall, a gem of a hotel with professional staff. Thank you, we'll stay here again!"

"Our room air conditioner was extremely loud and even woke us up when it came on at night. To get hot water in the sink we had to turn on the bathtub full blast so it got to the sink. Really? The TV stations they offer are a joke. Half are not english and the other half are HSN. Breakfasts are ok. Today they ran out of Blueberries and bananas. "The room was pretty average but clean. You get what you pay for. Hotel is located very close to the wharf so that is the only good thing. I didn’t like was there was no coffee supply in my room and when I called the front desk to ask for it, I was told they have no one to get it to my room and they wanted me to come all the way to collect it. "Elevator close to our room (far end of the building) went out of service. The door on the second floor exit wasn’t working. We were forced to use the stairs and/or elevator on the opposite end of the building. We left the hotel early in the morning and returned around lunch hour and the elevator was still out of service and the 2nd floor stairs entrance/exit wasn’t working either.
