"This hotel was totally different then the picture shown in hotel.com. Very dirty windows were covered with hard curtains and curtains were very dusty. We could stay even one night even we were booked for two nights. They changed our rooms too. And told us to give 15000 rupees refund that I didn’t receive yet. "

"The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at...

"It took me more than 30-40 minutes before i can be in touch with the person in charge and know the unit. It turns out its an apartment, so its an airbnb. The bathroom is dirty, no soap shampoo nor hot water. The pillow case looks dirty. The apt is not well kept. Had to ask the PIC re wifi pw. I booked with a buffett breakfast but when i called PIC says breakfast not included. "Do not book this hotel it’s dangerous! They show something else in the pic but in reality it’s completely different…..it’s absolutely nasty & even the back door was broken when complaining nothing was done had to leave without staying & haven’t received any money back as well. Very UNSAFE!!! Be careful "

"when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv...
