"Pros - close to beach and wilson park. Restaurants are with in complex Cons - rooms are really outdated and can use some more cleaning."

"The staff was not helpful at all, I stayed in a lower floor room, and the family above were careless about the kids they had with them. I came there to rest and enjoy the beach and well the resting part was horrible. With all the noise and jumping We did not sleep at all. This was a stay over the $200 mark for such an unpleasant experience."

"Cute place. One stain on the couch they should probably try to remove but otherwise nice, clean, and good A/C. Easy walk to the beach even if it is hot out. Loved the binder telling you where to go and all the details. The beach chairs in the shed are a very nice touch. I would have liked more clarity on where to park or if it matters to anyone. The app that takes your driver license was clunky and wouldn't let me take a Pic to upload. Instead you have to take and save a pic then upload that...

"This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here. I definitely would go back again."

"Everything was ok, not outstanding..could use some new pillows and a couple areas had some weird smells like when we got off the elevator on our floor. The pool was wonderful and the location in relation to the beach and surrounding area was great as well."

"Jennifer at the front desk was so sweet and helpful as much as she could. The floor in our room was really dirty and the drain in the shower was clogged. We asked for maintenance but they never came. We went to the pool bar and ordered drinks and food. The chicken salad was amazing and had a ton of chicken cooked and seasoned properly. The shrimp cocktail was nice and cold and fresh. Now to our drinks, we had a Piña Colada and a Tito’s and soda. We couldn’t taste alcohol in either. So we ordered...

"The property & room were very clean. Good for a 1 night stay but not for more than 1 night. Scratchy sheets & top cover, only place to charge phones was in the sink area which was in the room not the bathroom area & no hot water in the sink!! The property was beautifully done but not efficient."

"Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well. Towels and linen smelled fresh. Kitchen was stocked. The beach is right across the street. Looking forward to coming back soon."

"Room was very dirty. Rust everywhere. Throw pillows were used for the bed. Mildew/mold in shower. Sink sounded like a freight train. Bar tender was the front desk receptionist- she wasn’t happy about it. Best part of the room seemed to be a newer refrigerator. Breakfast was your choice of fruit loops, Cheerios, blueberry muffins(stale), toast, milk, and coffee. You get what you pay for. lol."
