"We stayed early May, definitely a chill in the air but the heat pumps warmed us up after they got going. Beautiful views and hot tub were fantastic. Location to Queenstown was great for a quick and easy $10 Uber ride. Fortunate to see the Southern Lights as an added treat! Would recommend for sure!!"

"Drive way very steep. The steps are steep from the garage to walk to the house & slippery when wet. Parking was uneven to park on. Lighting outside the front sliding door could be brighter. Found the furniture average & the lounges well used. Beds were average to sleep on. Location good. "

"The view from this property was phenomenal, and the hosts were really good with communication and ensuring we had a really good stay. Only downsides we found were the lack of uber eats options, and how far of a walk the property was from town. The property was conveniently located only 10 minutes from a bus stop though, and with a bee card it made transport very affordable. "Overall we had a great stay at the house. Would have been nice to use the fire, but it wasn't operational, and the heat pump remote had flat batteries...but the heaters in the house made up for it and we had a warm house all the time. We had 6 adults in the house and found that very comfortable. A few others things didn't work perfectly but I passed these in to the property manager and hopefully they'll lbe sorted for the next people. Great location just out of town and not too much uphill...

"Amazing views of the lake and mountains. Great location , easy check in process. Updated kitchen and bathrooms but the rest of the house is a bit dated. Have to take care with the internal steps if you are staying with young children. Nothing much was available in the pantry. Would have been nice to have at least tea & coffee stocked for the guests. Overall we had a good stay."

"We had a great time in Queenstown with extended family from overseas. The walk into town was quick and everything in the house was as described. We struggled to light the gas fire one chilly morning but got there in the end, also the network to the TV upstairs didn’t work but kids were watching Netflix downstairs so that one was fine, great having wifi all over the house."
