"I literally happened upon this property in a beautiful coastal suburb, Malahide, right outside of Dublin. I had never heard of Malahide, but a lovely Irish woman suggested I stay at the Grand Hotel for my last night in Dublin. It was a fantastic tip. "The hotel was quite nice and kept clean, with very comfortable beds. However, the main issue was that the air conditioning didn't work properly, and the heating option was also nonfunctional. When I checked in late at night, the room was freezing cold at just 13°C, and the heating still didn't work. I requested a portable heater, but it was too small and took ages to warm the room.
