Pet friendly for medium to large dogs, Bayview on Hill is a great base for exploring the Bellarine or enjoying a relaxing coastal getaway.



Elevated on the block, the home’s large front balcony is the perfect spot to sit back and relax, with lovely views across the bay and towards the You Yangs. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, sharing a meal with friends or winding down with a glass of wine, the balcony makes the most of the home’s position.

Inside, the spacious open-plan living area is warm and inviting, with a woodfire for cosy winter stays as well as split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort. There’s a comfortable lounge, extra-large Smart TV for movie nights, a well-equipped kitchen and a handy little coffee station to help you start the day.

Down the split-level hallway are three comfortable bedrooms, the main bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. The master bedroom features a generous king-size bed, while bedrooms two and three each have a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have portable heaters and fans, with the master also enjoying a ceiling fan.

The home is pet friendly for medium to large-sized dogs. Please note there is approximately a 15cm gap under the front gate, so the property is not suitable for small dogs.

With its relaxed setting, generous living space and easy access to everything the Bellarine has to offer, Bayview on Hill is a great choice for families, groups of friends or work groups visiting the area. It’s an easy base for exploring Clifton Springs, the Bellarine Peninsula and nearby events, our amazing wineries, beaches and attractions.

PLEASE NOTE:
- This property is not suitable for parties and events, including hens/bucks parties or schoolies.
- Our quiet times are between 10pm and 8am.

PETS:
- The gate has a 15cm gap below it and may not be suitable for small dogs
- One or two house trained dogs are most welcome
- We please ask that pets stay off beds and furniture
- We supply a couple of water bowls but please BYO pet bed
- You must clean up after your pet, prior to check out, poop scoop is provided
- The yard is large and enclosed with some undercover space. Pets are welcome inside however pets MUST NOT be left inside the house unattended.
