"We found thebpropertty well maintained. The sraff was friendly. We did run i to a small instance about towels. We arrived later in the evening amd wanted fresh towels early because we had a very early start. There was some resistance, but we got it woeked out. "We had a wonderful stay at the San Carlos hotel for our first trip to NYC. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was incredibly spacious, especially for New York, and it was cleaned every day to a high standard. "This hotel was great! The front desk staff was incredibly nice, the free coffee and rooftop area is really nice. As well, the filtered cold water station on our floor was a big plus. Our room was quite big for NYC standards despite getting the cheapest option, so we were happy.
