"We found thebpropertty well maintained. The sraff was friendly. We did run i to a small instance about towels. We arrived later in the evening amd wanted fresh towels early because we had a very early start. There was some resistance, but we got it woeked out. "We had a wonderful stay at the San Carlos hotel for our first trip to NYC. "This hotel was great! The front desk staff was incredibly nice, the free coffee and rooftop area is really nice. As well, the filtered cold water station on our floor was a big plus.
