"Check-in was so smooth. Very kind and courteous to us after a long day of travel in snow.. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were great. Because we checked in so late, they were gracious enough to give us a late checkout. It made all the difference in the world for us. The only issue I had was the toilets. I've had two knee replacements and the toilets are the old kind that you almost have to sit on the floor. My knees made it very difficult to get up. Great restaurants just...

"The gal at the desk for check in and check out was great! Great personality and efficient. This is a non-smoking hotel, and you all know how some people 'sneak smoke' thinking we won't notice, but there is a stale smell in the air? Not here!!!! The room and hallways smelled fresh! Woo hoo! Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was very good! Parking was easy. We would stay here again!"

"The room was very clean . The room was just a bit smaller but we didn't spend much time there anyway as we spent time with family. Everyone was great even the breakfast was good . . The only thing i can complain about was that when i made reservation they advertised they had a bar and lounge but there was none . But our stay there wasn't for the bar although it would have been a nice touch . We will stay again. "

"I liked the staff most. They are very cordial. Their breakfast menu was standard for that kind of hotel/lodge. I should say their breakfast menu was better than that of many hotels I stayed in over the last couple of years. Most of those owners are from a particular group, but the management is likely different at this hotel. One thing I wish I could say is that the hotel is entirely smoke-free. Hope they make this change one day. Thank you. "
