Start your morning off with locally roasted coffee and your favorite coffee syrup at the built-in bar, and then make your way out to the private, fully fenced in backyard to relax in the hammock and watch your dog enjoy the custom K9 Grass™ dog turf! This antimicrobial, antibacterial turf is not only beautiful, but keeps your pup clean and mud free with the changing seasons and is perfect for everyone to enjoy.

As the day warms up, pack up the provided beach bag, towels, beach blanket and frisbee and make your way to Edgewater Beach located 1.4 miles away - with a separate dog beach, a beautiful snack/bar pavilion and beach rentals, it’s really easy to spend the entire day here in the sun.

By the time you get home from a busy day exploring, you’ll be ready to relax on the patio, make a feast on the smoker grill and end your night with drinks, games and a bonfire. Open up the deck box to find a sprinkler, doggy pool, giant Jenga, and corn hole.

For these cold winter days, you’ll find cards, books, board games, and a poker set, plus extra lush blankets to cuddle in front of the glowy electric fireplace for a movie night on the Samsung Frame TV. Find a 60in Samsung smart TV in one of the bedrooms as well.
