"Despite knowing my booking, the room when I arrived late evening was freezing cold to the point everything including bedding felt damp and had to keep coat on for over an hour when wanting to go to bed. When did get warm enough in the bedroom, i still had to sleep layered up until the early hours I did ring the contact and she did explain the complex procedure to re pressure the boiler , but this should have been check prior to my arrival "

"Location of property was great but! Stairway was dirty. The unit at first appeared OK but definitely wasn’t a cottage as stated in description. Inside closet in one bedroom was not clean and was not usable. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Bathroom sink drained very slowly must be clogged.
