"The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me."

"I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself. Another issue I had was that I cut my foot on a small shard of glass on the pool deck. The floor is made of tiny pebbles in grout,, and I am sure it is difficult to clean up after a...

"Even though i had a reservation, when I arrived, there were other guests there also trying to check in. One lady kept saying that they had no rooms, no WiFi, no cable. She finally through her arms up and left. Eventually another employee came out. A man with a scrub brush in one hand a a rum bottle in the other. He said there were no rooms so I left. Other customers were on their phones, trying to get refunds. The lobby and the building were nothing like the photographs on Expedia....

"Ceiling was leaking right outside our door, carpet was soaked. No AC thermostat in our room/not working - window unit installed. Door deadbolt not functional/locks you out. Very dirty underneath pull out couch, hair in shower. Staff was very friendly though. They tried to be helpful where they could with all the above."

The room was clean and honestly extremely comfortable beds, amenities were great, and the Bistro was a great touch to the hotel.
