"Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton."

"I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. To be honest I was treated as if it was a privilege to have towels. The explanation I received was “we are going through a towel crisis”. It was very frustrating. On...

"We could not control the air conditioning and the roon was too hot,the showerhead was moldy,no coffee maker in the room and the breakfast was sparce with selections,and they held a 50 dollar charge on my credit card for?"

"Parking was fine. Property was in desperate need of an upgrade. I believe they are starting remodeling. No maid service offered and not given bath towels upon request (realized they were bath mats far too late.) Breakfast was ok, however no forks, yogurt out of date, bacon burnt..... The people were very nice, I just hope the update helps!"

"Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is filthy, reeks of smoke, and potentially has bed bugs (we didn’t see anything, but we felt bugs crawling on us). We didn’t even bother staying the night. We checked out after a couple hours."

"The room was very clean, but the outside of the hotel is very run down and falling apart. Breakfast was very good. Some sketchy people (prob on drugs) walking around. Weed is legal, so it reeks like weed which is awful. Stayed one night. Prob won’t stay again. If you want to stay open, and attract nice paying people, fix it up and put your foot down about the drugs. Parents beware"
