"The property was beautiful, stayed a night in cottage - 24, it has 2 queen beds a comfortable couch and sitting chair , coffee table and 4 chair and table dinette. The cottage has plenty of room, 2 flat screen tvs, heater and air worked great! Nice grounds to walk around and friendly staff. Close to town for restaurants. Excellent choice for a stay in Clearlake !"

The bathroom door got stuck on the floor tiles and wouldn't fully open."

"On my first night there the phone started ringing in the room at 12 o’clock midnight. It rang over six times between midnight and 430. I did call the office at 2:30 and got the answering service. At 4:30 I finally realized I should unplug the phone. I spoke to the office on Saturday morning and was told that it had happened once before. I spoke to the office this morning when I was checking out and said that no one from management had called me on my cell phone. She said that they were aware...

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Vic was so nice and made sure I had anything I needed for my overnight. Conviently located next to the Happy Garden restaurant (Chinese/thai fusion) that was great! Also right across from the harbor for easy access to boating."
