"Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend!"

The living room was far enough away from the room with the crib and twin (where 2 kids slept) and the bunk room (where the 2 other kids slept) that they weren’t disturbed by the adults staying up to watch tv. "Numerous emails from company, application and VRBO. App, DACK was helpful once I and the other mom understood it. For example Kids, and adults, wanted WI-FI password. Was not written on the board. Found it via the app later Saturday (day 2)via application DACK. App showed Wi-Fi but appeared those were amenities rather clickable links. Everything was hotel basic. Downstairs was cold while upstairs was warmer. Thankfully I brought blankets as there was only the sheet and blanket (thin) provided....
