"Nice place, had a slight issue but was handled great, DO NOT PARK ACROSS THE STREET IN THE SIDE, they left a fake parking ticket on our car window. Only park on the side of the house.
Kinda busy street but overall comfy and clean. Great hot tub"

"This is a great, well-thought out little studio with a spacious bathroom. It had most everything we needed, and there were some nice, unexpected touches, like the cornhole game and the excellent tea selection -- even Bengal Spice, my favorite! Barb had a fire expertely built for us in the chimena -- one match was all it needed and we had a nice evening in the glider enjoying the flame. "The host (Kristin) was absolutely amazing!! My parents showed up early, and Kristin was there to let them in early and show them everything about the house. My parents then suffered an emergency with their dog and Kristin was extremely accommodating... going way above and beyond! I cannot praise Kristin enough! I would recommend this VRBO to everyone!"

"Cats and on one night a raccoon walking along the fence to the door. Occupants of other part of house (wasn’t clear there would be through-the-wall neighbors) put out bowls/plates of food each night that brought the above-mentioned critters to the house. Water in sinks and showers took longer than expected to get hot."
