"We have been here before while in the area 12 years ago and still had the same level of service this past weekend. Great attention to detail with rooms and the bar is always a nice bonus. Of course lower drink prices would always be appreciated for guests 😬 However the staff makes it worth it! "

"Everything about our stay was good including the check-in, room cleanliness, breakfast and staff. The problem came after we checked out. We left our hanging clothes in the closet. Our fault entirely. We checked-out Sunday morning but were still in the hotel visiting with friends until about 4:00 PM. We realized on Monday evening that we had left our clothes and called the hotel. The front desk had a log that said clothes were left in our room but no other information because housekeeping...

"I would never stay in this hotel again. The room smelled awful, was super humid no matter what you did and the tub wouldn’t drain. The whole room just felt dirty. The carpet was so nasty that we definitely didn’t walk barefoot on it. Once we got home we had to wash and clean everything because the humidity soaked in and everything was damp and stunk."

It’s small, not as big as in picture. We booked the premium room, which was not. It was the size or a regular motel room with 2 beds. It had a sink in the middle that was supposed to have a dishwasher. Was an empty space where dishwasher was removed and not replaced. There were two screws poking out that scratch the...

"We had a suite. It was very large and roomy. The room was very clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. Staff members were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was amazing."

"Broken elevators, no AC in halls, pool absolute atrocity. Hilton should be ashamed to associate their name with this property. Not even a bathtub, just a shower in room. Will never stay again. Downtown Hilton Capital is the one to beat if you par at the levee. "
