"It needs to be updated. The elevators broke down and all the guest had to walk up and down. The air conditioning didn’t work in the hallways of the hotel, so as you walked to your room up and down the stairs it was extremely hot and exhausting. We had a Jr suite and the refrigerator had old and molded food- so it hadn’t been clean in some time. The air quality was not the best. The staff were pleasant. The hotel itself needs remodeling and the decore was old and dark. I wouldn’t stay there again...

Our main issue was the bathroom in our room - the door stuck to the floor as if it was misaligned so we had to force it open or shut; both sides of the shower curtain kept sliding towards the middle, leaving the sides exposed and flooding the bathroom floor; the light switch turned on/off both the light and fan and there was no way to only turn the fan off, which would have been...

"I reserved a non-smoking room, but upon checking in I was immediately met with a strong cigarette smoke odor. The room clearly smelled as though it had been heavily smoked in. I returned to the front desk and requested another room, but the clerk informed me that no other non-smoking rooms were available.
