"We were happy to find the Wildflower Country Cottage to be everything it was advertised to be, comfortable, super clean and nicely decorated!The main floor has a big inviting couch, coffee table and large screen TV, gas fireplace, plus a desk and chair.The kitchen area is open and airy.The spiral staircase at first looks challenging but it is easy to climb and kinda fun. "The cabin is very spacious, very clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy with lots of warm blankets, the bathroom well stocked with towels and toiletries, and the location is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay tremendously, especially having morning coffee in the Adirondack chair in front of the cabin, listening to the morning birdsong."

"Great cottage near the southern tip of Otisco lake, it's a little south of the causeway that divides the lake so there are generally calmer waters. We had some problems with bees the first night or two, but once we figured out where they were coming from, the owners were very responsive and got an exterminator out right away. Turns out the buggers were actually in the wall, behind the siding, but they were taken care of. Overall a great place that was just right for 5 of us. One thing to note is...

"Amazing little cottage in the lake! Just as described in the listing. The host was very communicative and responded to questions quickly. The area was calm and peaceful just like we wanted, but any activities weren’t that far away to drive. The boat rental place was just down the road which was also convenient for fishing. Amazing sunset views and the hosts little attention to detail made for a relaxing, stress free stay. Would definitely book again! "
