"Overall excellent stay. The staff at the front desk were very nice and extremly helpful. They welcomed us back each time we returned. "Our stay here was wonderful! The room was comfortable. The view was fantastic. The pool was nice but a little cold could use a little more attention to make it more beautiful. The Westin Cincinnati
"The room was clean. We reserved a king room and got 2 twin beds. As a married couple traveling together, it was very strange. We got in around 1 am, so didn’t want to argue about it by the time we got upstairs. Also very disappointed the pool was locked up."
