The space
This home is located in Fort Thomas, a city known for its safety. This home is located just minutes away from Downtown Cincinnati, East end Ohio, and all northern Kentucky has to offer.

This property has been designed with hosting in mind! We have enough seating for groups to gather and spend time together! Where it is cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen, eating meals together at the dining table, watching a movie on the massive flat screen TV, playing one of the provided board games, or simply relaxing while you overlook the beautiful reservoir! We are pet friendly and we have a fully fenced yard.

We have laundry on site, a full kitchen, and everything you need to call this home during your stay!

There is so much to do in this area! Midway district is just mere steps away from the ! There are a few bars, restaurants, stores, and places to hangout and play games right at the end of the street! This area is also a "DORA" zone, meaning you can open carry alcoholic drinks from one store to the next. Its a great time!

Also within walking distance is Tower Park, which is one of the best parks in the country and a hidden gem of Kentucky. This park had very nice basketball courts, a full sand volleyball court, cornhole boards, 3 different playgrounds, a baseball field, many miles of bike and hiking trails, and often times hosts concerts for local or out of town performers!

The closest grocery stores are only 8 minutes away with a scenic drive of Ft.Thomas! You’ll find Kroger, Target, Fresh Thyme, and Aldi. This close proximity to the highways system makes everything a close drive! The location is really ideal!

Other things to note
We limit the amount of cars allowed to 2 vehicles on the street. There are plenty of places to park on adjacent streets and public areas. Typically there is parking directly in front of the home, but on occasion the street does fill up if someone is having a party down the street or something.

During a cold winter day the downstairs can get chilly. We have plenty of space heaters provided, along with an electric fireplace to keep you nice and cozy!

This is an older home, and it does have steep stairs. The bedrooms and the full bathroom are down stairs. The stairs are fairly steep, and people with mobility issues may have a hard time.
