Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.

Government ID required to check-in.

A refundable deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking and will be refunded if no damages are found after check-out.

Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.

《 Security Deposit Policy 》
➤ A security deposit will be collected to cover specific incidents such as lost or unreturned keys/fobs, or damage to/staining of household linens. Charges will apply if these conditions are not met.

《 BUILDING AMENITIES》
All amenities, including the gym and game room, are available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.

《 NO SMOKING 》
Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.

《 PETS 》
➤No pets. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests in addition to any damage and unexpected cleaning required.

《 NO PARTIES》
There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》
All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
➤A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**

《 SECURITY CAMERA 》
Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.

《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》
Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.

《 CHECK-IN TIMES 》
Guests are also expected to adhere to the check-in time. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses associated with accommodating early arrivals.

《 GARBAGE 》
Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash dumpster by the parking lot.

《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》
Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.

《 LIGHTS 》
Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.

《 SHOES》
Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.

《 COMMUNITY POLICIES & RULES 》
We appreciate guests who value maintaining the integrity of the building community and its rules and policies. By confirming this reservation, you comply to respect any written apartment rules and community policies, including instructions for care of our property. Any substantiated complaints from the building may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

《 CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES 》
➤Please wash, clean and put all dishes away. Cleaning dishes is not included in the cleaning fee.
➤Please place all used towels and linens on the bathroom floor.
➤Please throw all waste away prior to check-out.
➤We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.

《 KEYS 》
Check-in is via Smart lock but back-up keys may be available if required. Each lost key, including mail keys, are subject to a replacement fee of $300. Please return keys to the lock box at the time of check-out. Keys that are not returned into the lock box will be deemed lost and may be subject to replacement fees. Please ensure the lock box has been closed securely.

✦《 RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY 》✦

Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.

All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.

Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Our cleaners operate on strict schedules and 100% of the fees go to our hard working cleaners to compensate them for the last minute changes.

We ask all guests to complete our guest form as part of a guest screening process and to provide their government IDs prior to check-in. Please be aware that we strictly adhere to the building policies and stay requirements for the safety of other tenants and the community.

Reds/White Sox Series

Being a little inexperienced as a VRBO user, I had some difficulties figuring things out, but I was able to text and call the team 24/7 and received immediate responses which was extremely impressive and appreciated. We are from Chicago and went to the Sox/Reds series. It's only about a 6-7 block walk to the stadium and even closer for where the Bengals play. We visited Moerlein Lager House, Yard House & In Between Tavern near the stadium & O'Malley's in the Alley, Jersey Mikes, Lola's Coffee shop near the apartment and all were great and the Cincinnati Locals we met were all very welcoming (even in our Sox gear after winning on Pete Rose night!). The apartment is a sub-basement apartment on the corner of the building so you are at ground level. It is close to the back of the building which made it convenient for coming and going with the key fob and loading & unloading our stuff into the car. The apartment was very clean, had updated amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. We felt safe walking around the area even late at night coming home from O'Malley's pub which was 2 blocks away. The building also had a nice rooftop which we were able to hang out at night and relax. The Avis parking lot is directly across the street and I was able to park my Expedition there as it had a 6'8 height clearance. Parking was only 32 from Wed afternoon to Fri morning. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time gang!
