"We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again. "

"The place is amazing! So beautiful and the staff is great! The food is farm to table , the food is really good. You can bake your own cookies and we had the best tea experience I have gone to tea houses in Japan and this lady , her tea which she makes herself is one of the best teas I ever tried. The hotel owners (Tina and her husband) were super kind and go beyond waiting with us for 2 hours to obtain SIM card, Tina also helped to add WECHAT which is so useful later for our trip.
