"Had to take a cold shower day we checked out. The breakfast was good but room it is served in is unbearably hot. Beds hard, pillows harder. Seems to be a party spot"

"The only staff that was helpful was the person who checked us out. We wanted a pool and upon arrival they notified us that it was closed. When we asked to have our room cleaned they didn’t do it and when we ran out of toilet paper we had to get our own. They continued to run out of breakfast. The only good thing was the location and I loved Santa Fe in general most of the people were very friendly, but the only person that was friendly at the sage was the person who checked us out."

"We loved our stay at Casa Escondida. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Our food preferences were asked for, and our instructions for getting there were clearly defined. The breakfast was superb both days, and our chef shared local information and what we might like to see for that day. All the staff were so nice, and the people staying there at the same time as us were equally lovely."

"Clean, spacious, relaxing vibe. Patio was beautiful, spent evenings with family out there. No trash cans on site other than small room trash cans, so you will need to bring bags and discard offsite. Enjoyed the stay though."

All the walls were dirty and had stains all over them that easily could be wiped down or all else fails, could use a new paint job. The bathroom shower faucet was super janky. The lever wasn’t installed correctly and took a lot of turning off and on to get the right temperature, also the tub faucet...

"This place was awful the first room they tried putting us in was full of beer bottles and trash the beds weren’t made. So they switched us to another room the toilet hadn’t been flushed the door didn’t shut all the way. There was a used wash cloth on the sink. The parking lot had used needles in it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"Nicely refurbished motel with covered parking right next to the door and has a skylight in the room - the natural light was wonderful. The room was very clean and odor free. Everything worked as it should and the bed was comfortable. Due to the U shaped layout of the motel it feels safe and a lot of the road noise is blocked. The road passing this motel is very busy but I didn't find the road noise to be a problem and I had the second room in from the road. However exiting the hotel parking lot...

"My wife and I stayed at this property visiting one of her lifelong friends. Plumbing in the shower /tub did not work. We reached out to management and they said that's just how old plumbing is. However, I own multiple rent houses and deal with these issues often. It was not the old plumbing. It's a simple fix of replacing the spout for the shower tub complex to work. Furthermore, upon leaving the owner called us and asked us to pay extra for a dog. We never had a dog and we were on our way to...

"The room was clean and the bathroom was updated, which was nice. Pool was closed indefinitely. Check in took a long time, the clerk had trouble processing a $100 cc authorization. The breakfast was average for this type hotel."
