Located on the slope of Frenchman’s Hill in Estate St John at the west end of Pelican Cove, with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, Buck Island and Christiansted. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Community pool is just steps away. Great location: close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Lori was beyond awesome with communication and suggested places to go and see! I had a great time with my wife for our Honeymoon! Though, there was some small issues with the Internet and some construction it wasn't a major issue for us, as we weren't really in the condo until late at night. Also, the amazing view of Christiansted and the ocean was more than worth it. I would definitely come back to Lori's place!!!

Our contact was very helpful & prompt. when ask questions. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The cleanliness was very disappointing. Towels & washclothes were few & bleach stained. We spent our first morn cleaning for a few hours. Just so we felt we could be somewhat comfortable for our stay. The cushions in the chairs are very stained. We took pillows from the couch to sit on at the dining table. And put a hand towel on the chair in the bathroom. All things glass could be very pretty if cleaned. We cleaned things in our immediate view. A lamp and the patio sliding doors. And mirrors . It appears someone may live here when not rented out. There were clothes in the closet, used bottles of lotion, and body cleaners on the counter. The area was very beautiful and within 10-15 min. of the boardwalk and a couple of beaches we visited . Hopefully the owners will look into who is suppose to be caring for their property. Wish I had a picture to share of my 80 yr old mom moping the floor with a towel under her foot.

Poor communication for checkin

Had to request check in information. Internet not working. Not well stocked 1/2 roll toilet tissue. First place we have been asked to empty garage, wash towels. I have stayed in multiple condos at St Cs Condos. Will not use this for guests again

The trip and stay couldn’t have been better!

Not one negative thing to say about this place. Everything was phenomenal. When I first walked in and saw the view of the ocean I was completely awestruck! The hosts were amazing as well. Definitely going to stay here again on my next trip to the island!

So chillaxing

The condo is killer, no steps, fabulous parking, SUPER hosts, clean and very well-appointed!! The VRBO stated it was located just a minute walk to downtown Christansted ( which it is not) . We brought this fact up to the hosts who rectified the situation immediately. They were amazing. We would stay here again for sure!!!

The condo was wonderful. Very comfy and we loved how the ocean breeze continually blew in and made it a perfect temperature. The views are spectacular and the location is very quiet. Our hostesses Lori and Becky were fantastic with helping us navigate our first time on the island. The condo was well stocked with things like spices and olive oil for cooking and quite a selection of suntan lotions etc.. we felt right at home and loved every minute of being there.

The best host, amazing views, phenomenal attention to our needs

Lori was the best host, so caring, attentive and went out of her way to make us comfortable and helped ensure our trip was the best!! The house is perfectly located with everything you need. The views are incredible we will definitely stay here again!!

Had a great trip….

From step one the experience was awesome. Owner/Host was very informative on the property as well as the area as well. They were also very responsive. To all my questions. The property had everything promised and more, hated to leave. We have already recommended the property to other people.

NO AIR-CONDITIONING

You must look at the 'amenities' to find out this unit is cooled by the breeze and fans. It was over 90° at night. To the owner's credit, she came the 2nd day and installed a floor a/c unit in the bedroom only. The thermostat never got the bedroom below 84°. It's really hard to cool down after spending the day in the sun when the unit is no cooler than the outside. She taught me to look for a/c every time I use VRBO for now on.

Great condo, clean, bright with fantastic view

My son (17) and I went to St. Croix to visit some friends who live there. We stayed in Estate East Street and it was perfect. The condo was clean with a wonderful view. The estate felt comfortable and safe; everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming, as was all of St. Croix. I highly recommend!
