  • Nuestro condominio de arena de Nubia se encuentra en la exclusiva comunidad de condominios de Sugar Beach. Disfrutará de hermosas vistas frontales a la playa sin obstáculos y de un colorido follaje tropical.

    Esta tranquila ubicación vigilada de seguridad está convenientemente ubicada cerca de Christiansted, el centro comercial Sunny Isles y a 20 minutos del Henry E. Aeropuerto de Rohlsen. La hermosa playa de arena blanca está literalmente a unos pasos de su condominio donde puede nadar, bucear o construir esos castillos de arena de sus sueños.

    El espacio
    Nubian Sand cuenta con una habitación con una suite King, un baño completo, ducha, aire acondicionado central, Wi-Fi gratis, TV de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar y 50 pulgadas en la habitación.

    La cocina completa tiene una gran cantidad de vajilla, utensilios de cocina, vasos y utensilios y todos los electrodomésticos principales, que incluyen microondas, lavadora y secadora para su uso. Mientras descansa en la sala de estar, simplemente abra las puertas deslizantes y disfrute de la brisa del mar.

Enjoyed being right on the beach and watching the waves. Close enough to walk to Christensted. Great location. Private and friendly.

The check-in process was great. Had access to the property and the condo without having to stop anywhere else. The condo itself, while older was really well maintained and was very comfortable. The balcony was large for a one bedroom and had amazing beach and ocean views. Nothing like eating breakfast or dinner while looking out at the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The pool area was also great and had plenty of room to swim or relax by the pool. The beach was private for the condo complex and had plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. The host responded quickly with a couple of minor issues and was able to get them fixed quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely come back again.

Condo was clean and inviting .. property was well maintained and beach was exquisite! Pictures matched property and was meant to a lot of key stores and attractions. Renting car is recommended to get the full island experience. Host was easy to reach and helpful during our stay. In total we are looking to return and had a wonderful experience !

The room was clean, comfortable, and it had everything, and all the accessories inside the room. You need to check your email for check-in information. Overall, the experience was excellent.

We were very excited about this booking until we arrived. The condo was not cleaned well. There was so much dust all over the fans, and the couch was visibly stained and dirty. The AC was pumping the whole time but the condo remained warm and humid. We couldn’t get the fan/light in the living room to work, as the remote to it wouldn’t turn on, even with batteries. The bed sheets were washed but well used, time for some new sheets without linens balls. Bed was not super comfortable, the mattress seemed old as it had some big dips in it.Please understand that the pictures make the condition of this place look nicer than it is, we understand the building is old, but there are holes in the walls, bad patch jobs, and questionable construction. We couldn’t use the beach as it was covered with a 10 foot wide line of seaweed. The owner claims there is beach clean up every day, but we did not see it. And we could not use the beach at all, couldn’t get to the water if we tried. We reached out to owner afterwards to let them know, and all we got were excuses. They denied that we saw any of this. Definitely don’t recommend unless you are okay with subpar place and not being able to use the beach during this time of year.

The property was partially renovated and poorly maintained. The A/C unit needs to be replaced, according to the host's contractor and has known the need for replacement for awhile. The air handler is on 24/7 but does not produce cold air in accordance with the thermostat.
Mold from HVAC intake vent.
Fire extinguisher expired August 2017.
Toilet seat broken and reported to owner. Never repaired during our stay.
TV in living room damaged from heat to screen.

Fantastic place

We had no issues checking in. The place was very nice and we utilized the amenities and they were excellent. Plus Ginger the mascot was a wonderful greeter. Highly recommend and will book again.

Very nice property. Enjoyed the option of full A/C in the unit or stepping on the spacious balcony. Close to grocery stores and downtown Christiansted. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is everything!

The unit is right on a private beach. There is lots of breeze which keeps the place cool. Christiansted is close as are grocery stores! Great place!

Perfect getaway

The condo is perfectly located and stocked! We enjoyed this quiet space right on the beach. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our escape from winter weather.

Wonderful beach front apartment!

This was our best stay by far in the Virgin Islands! The beach view was breathtaking. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and the basket of extras- snacks, wine and spirits were so enjoyed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great ocean views

We really enjoyed the location right on the beach. It was great they cleared seaweed every day unlike some of the adjacent properties. The condo looked just like the pictures. The host was quick to repsond. Our favorite spot was the back balcony.

Perfect Paradise

Beautifully decorated, complimentary snacks & toiletries, quiet & peaceful surroundings and the most amazing views with the ocean literal steps from your door. Super nice host that was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Already looking forward to returning in the future!
