Discover this beautifully designed, modern townhouse. Step into a world of comfort and luxury where a fully equipped kitchen is available for use and dining area to enjoy meals together. Accommodating 6 guests, the dining space becomes an area for unforgettable gatherings.
The kitchen has everything you need and more, including handy appliances like rice cooker and blender. There is plenty of bench space and plenty of cupboards if you're bring food to store.

Up one flight of stairs from the ground floor entry is the kitchen, living, and dining space. The dining area is an enclosed conservatory with seating for 6, perfect for a drink and snacks in the afternoon sun. This space can be used all year round, sheltered from the elements. In the summer months open up the bifold to enjoy the sunny weather and fresh air.

On the next level, are three peaceful bedrooms, luxurious and spacious with 2x King beds in two of the rooms and the 3rd room has x2 king singles. All bedrooms have block out blinds.

2 Modern full bathrooms on this level complete with bidet toilets with heated seats, tiled Showers, vanity and storage.

This property embodies comfort, convenience and the ability to accommodate 6.

Sheets and towels are from Canterbury Linen Service, esteemed by local 5-star hotels. Anticipate professionally laundered linen on superbly comfortable bedding —an assurance of 5-star luxury.

As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, 65 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer/dryer combo is located in a cupboard in the kitchen, laundry powder is provided.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Located on St Asaph Street, within the Four Avenues in the “SALT” district, these Townhouses are walking distance to The Terrace/Riverside Markets, Hoyts EntX, Little High eatery, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, Central Christchurch and many other amenities.

Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 2-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.

This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's on-street parking available in the surrounding streets. It is free at certain times and paid at other times - please refer to all signage before parking your vehicle.

Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site.
The ground floor is a commercial area/shop which has its own separate entrance and is entirely separate from the property above.

Street parking only on St Asaph Street and Tuam Street - located outside on the street - no allocated parks.

Please note parking in the private council laneway may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense.

City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighboring properties.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check-out time is 10 am and late checkouts must be requested 24 hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
