⏳ Early/Late Options Early check-ins and late check-outs available for $10/hour (max 2 hours), subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

The apartment was really clean and well equipped but there is an illuminated exit sign in the room that can not be turned off. Really hard to sleep as it was so bright.

This was a nice property in so many ways but the flaws made it rather less than ideal. Set in a great location in SALT district, it is a large space with well stocked kitchen and pleasant bathroom. However getting locked in the bathroom for 45 minutes because the door lock was faulty was mot a great way to start a holiday. The staff handled it well but it took 3 days to fix.Comfy bed but sleeping with an exit light on that filled the room with light all night was also not pleasant. It definitely needs work so it feels less like sleeping in a bed warehouse.
