We cannot provide guest compensation for any issues related to this. Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine. Please be aware there are only two off-street carparks at this property.Please note that the pool heat pump only maintains a reasonable (but not hot) water temperature, and does not heat to a swimable level during the colder months. As such, the heat pump will only be switched on during peak season, over January.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.There is to be strictly no parties at this property. Outside noise is restricted from 10pm to 7am. Excessive noise and additional guests may justify intervention from our local team and, in some cases, lead to eviction.
