Tea, coffee, and sugar containers are provided, along with cleaning basics like tea towels, sponge, and cloth.
The lounge offers a dining table, comfortable seating, TV with soundbar, games, and a heater. Bedrooms are cozy and well-furnished, with quality bedding, throws, storage, coat hangers, and extra linens. The bathroom comes with a hair dryer and all the basics you’ll need.

👥 Occupancy Only registered guests included in the booking may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors after 10:00 pm. The maximum occupancy stated in your booking must not be exceeded at any time. Parties, functions, celebrations, receptions, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.
🔇 Noise & Respect for Neighbours This apartment is located within a residential complex where many residents live permanently. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. No loud music, speakers, shouting, excessive balcony conversations, or disruptive behaviour. Noise must not be audible outside the apartment during quiet hours. Please be mindful when entering or leaving the property, especially late at night or early in the morning. Christchurch City Council may investigate excessive noise complaints and take enforcement action where necessary. (Christchurch City Council) Immediate cancellation of the booking may occur if a party or serious noise disturbance is reported.
🚭 Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is not permitted in shared internal areas, hallways, stairwells, or underground parking areas. Any evidence of smoking inside may result in additional cleaning charges.
🚗 Parking You may only park in the designated apartment parking space (Space #4). Parking in any other resident`s space is prohibited. Do not block driveways, roller doors, walkways, or accessways. Any fines, towing charges, or body corporate penalties resulting from guest actions will be the responsibility of the guest.
🔑 Keys & Security Guests are responsible for all keys and access cards provided. Lost keys, lockouts, or lost access cards may incur replacement and call-out fees. Do not provide building access to unknown persons. Ensure all doors and windows are locked whenever leaving the apartment.
🏡 Respect the Apartment Please treat the apartment as you would your own home. Do not move large furniture. Do not remove items belonging to the apartment. Any accidental damage should be reported immediately.
🗑️ Waste & Recycling Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins only. Use the recycling facilities correctly. Do not leave rubbish in hallways, common areas, balconies, or the car park. Excess rubbish left in the apartment may incur additional cleaning charges.
🍽️ Kitchen Use Please clean up after cooking. Wash and put away dishes during your stay. Do not pour oils, fats, coffee grounds, or food scraps down sinks.
🧺 Laundry & Linen Use washing facilities responsibly. Please do not use bath towels for cleaning shoes, makeup removal, or spills likely to cause permanent staining. Missing or excessively damaged linen may incur replacement charges.
🛡️ Safety Candles, incense, fireworks, and open flames are not permitted. Do not tamper with smoke alarms, fire equipment, or emergency lighting. In an emergency, contact emergency services first (111), then notify Happy Hideouts.
