"Excellent location near the main shopping district and walking distance to botanic gardens. Check in was not allowed until 4 unless you paid extra and there was also a bond request"

"Great location, walking distance to the Riverside market. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you"

"Great"

"That was a little bit confused when located the lockbox as there are quite a few lockboxes around. Maybe a photo of the lockbox would be helpful and more convenience. I think the room can be cleaned a bit better. The dinning table, the chairs had some stains, dried sauces mark when I checked in. I would have to clean them again. Location wise, it is close to everything, all within a short walk. Thumbs up. I will recommend. It was overall a pleasant stay."

"We enjoyed our weekend here. The apartment is quiet, roomy, well equipped and everything clean and tidy. Right next door to the bus interchange and also very walkable for local attractions, bars and restaurants. We had a nice supper at the Spartan Greek restaurant on Colombo St. and Riverside Market has every global cuisine you could ever want!"

"Beautiful spot in the city, lovely area to walk around with lots of good food spots within walking distance. Space was clean, good amount of crockery and utensils. Lovely host who responded quickly to questions and very clear instructions on how to use everything. "

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The location of the property is excellent - a short walk to so many places in the central downtown area - tons of great restaurants nearby. The parking was easy and very convenient - inside parking garage parking spot. The building is new and the apartment is modern and up to date. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a clothes washer and separate dryer. We were there in the winter and the heating worked well. The host was great at communicating. ...

"Great location, easy to find and access. Great communication from the host."

"Many extras - box of tissues, side lamps in bedroom, toasty warm electric blankets, very well provided kitchen, condiments of every description for guest use in the fridge and even television in the upstairs bedroom. Loved this well situated townhouse. Will be returning soon."

"Great location within easy walking of CBD, Te Kaha Stadium, Central Bus Hub, eateries, supermarket. Handy bus stop across road. Excellently presented and fully equipped apartment."
