The studio includes a Queen bed, a dedicated workspace, and a full bathroom, offering a cozy and restful retreat.

With quick access to South City Mall, Chemist Warehouse, and local restaurants, this property is a fantastic choice for both exploring the city and enjoying a homey atmosphere.

This stylish, single-level studio is located on the second floor and offers an open-concept layout that combines the kitchen, dining, living with a dedicated workspace, and bedroom areas. The Queen-sized bed ensures a restful night’s sleep for two guests.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials for meal preparation. You’ll also find extras like instant and plunger coffee, black and peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and some sweet treats. There is also a Nespresso machine with coffee pods provided.

Bed:
Experience a luxurious night’s sleep on the Queen-sized bed, featuring a plush topper and freshly laundered sheets. All linens will be provided and ready for your arrival.

Work station:
It includes a desk with a lamp and a desk chair for remote work.

Wi-Fi:
Enjoy fast, reliable Wi-Fi for both work and leisure activities.

The full-sized bathroom includes:

Whether you're relaxing after a day of sightseeing or enjoying a quiet night in, this studio has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords.

Guests will have exclusive access of the property. The host does not live on site.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living property and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and neighbouring residential noise. The property is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Very Well locatif in the center. Two supermarkets in a walking distance, we could’nt ask for more!
