Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, allocated carpark is your home away from home while travelling. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds. A fully equipped kitchen to cook for family and friends. Complete with a games area for the children. Located in Upper Riccarton near Riccarton Mall and a short drive to Hagley Park, there is plenty of activities for the kids. Fast speed WIFI and office Nook.

This 2-storey property newly built boosts a great open plan living area on the ground floor - with open plan kitchen with scullery opening up into the dining area and lounge/entertainment area leading out to the private courtyard
Also located on the ground floor is the internal access garage which has been converted into a games room with Xbox series X plus seating for the children. Separate toilet is located on the ground floor. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms. There are 2 air conditioners (one upstairs and one downstairs) to ensure optimal temperature while staying in the property.

The internet speed is Gigabit (maximum speed)

Separate laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer free to use during your stay.

Upstairs on the first floor, we have x3 bedrooms which contain a spacious King bed in the Master bedroom along with the study/office area and ensuite. 2nd bedroom boosts a spacious Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom with x2 single beds plus a full bathroom off the hallway.

A single fold away bed is also available - additional charge for linen will apply.

Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. Both bathrooms with Showers, toilets and vanity.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

As guests you will have access to the entire property, with 1 free allocated carpark to make travelling easier. Please note carpark has a height restriction and not suitable for Vans, if you are in a van you will need to park on the street which is free street parking.

As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern décor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with x2 sofas, smart TV, and plenty of natural light. Entering into the games area you will find another sofa and some bean bags for the kids.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

A short drive and walk to Westfield Riccarton were there is a number of Shopping options, Eateries, Bars and restaurants.
This quiet and family friendly neighbourhood is a perfect home away from home to enjoy Christchurch, as short drive to the City.

The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch. This will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.

If you have vehicles please make sure you only park in the allocated space. If you have additional vehicles you can park these on Wainui Street or on a nearby street, where parking is both free.

Kindly refrain from using any other parking facilities designated for others or parking along yellow lines, as doing so could result in your vehicle being towed. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.

Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up. Lime electric scooters are never too far away if you wish to see the city by scooter.

Please make sure you only park in your allocated space. If you have additional vehicles you can park these on Wainui Street or on a nearby street, where parking is both free and without time restrictions. The allocated carpark does have a height restriction - not suitable for Vans, or High vehicles, in this situation you will need to use street only parking

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
