"I felt ripped off by the room offered after I reserved for a 'bay view.' The fault may be IHG's, or this hoteles web site, or mine, for being inadequately attentive. I'll describe what I remember and what I got, and let readers decide. My receipt shows that I booked and paid for: "Habitación clásica, 1 cama de matrimonio grande, vistas a la bahía" Marine Drive and the hotel face Back Bay, which is pretty large. I assumed that I'd open the curtains to a full view of the water. I'll try to...

"La alberca piso 6 ocupada 2 dias seguidos para evento privado y no pudimos usarla, INJUSTO PARA LOS QUE SOMOS HUÉSPEDES "

"The staff was very nice, good location, walking distance to several touristic sites. The rooms need maintenance and they front desk needs to explain about hot water upon arrival"

"The location is convenient, easy to get to everywhere. The train and metro stations are right there. A block away from marine drive. Some noise at night. The pillows are very uncomfortable, very bouncy, I hurtled my neck one night, and had to sleep on decorative pillows.the breakfast is good, you can order freshly made dosa, with potato, cheese or honey."

"It's a good hotel with adequate and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is perfect. It's a bit pricey compared to international chains, but again, the service is fine. The only thing I didn't like was the attitude of the young women at the front desk."

"El hotel está de acuerdo al precio, la atención de parte del personal es buena, la zona en la que se encuentra es céntrica pero muy ruidosa y muy fea "

"Very close to everything SOBO. Excellent value for money."

"The hotel was a convinent location for shopping and had lots of restaurants near it. As far as site seeing went we went in a taxi to the gate of India and to Bandra where all the Bollywood stars live. We saw Juhu beach and Santa Cruz and Likoni Bazaar and the famous Chor bazaar. We also went to Mohammed Ali Road where we saw the actual busy traffic of Mumbai along with beautiful clothes and Indian art work."

"Well maintained hotel with great customer service"
