"La situación es perfecta , al entrar se siente uno como al llegar a casa ,está bien equipada ,muy bien decorada y es cómoda para vivirla .Giacomo nos recibió cálidamente y nos dio toda la información que pedimos. Sin duda una casa para disfrutarla junto a esa magnífica ciudad a la que volveremos seguro al menos durante cuatro años 😊"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Lage waren für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal. Bequeme Betten, zwei Bäder, eine gemütliche Wohnküche und alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt, die Vaporettostation und der Bahnhof sind schnell erreichbar und trotzdem liegt das Haus ruhig, da es sich in einer Sackgasse befindet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "Very clean and host was very friendly/helpful. It was a little difficult to find but the host was there when we arrived to show us where it was. Only gave 4 stars for neighborhood as it was under construction/renovations around the area. Once that is done, would definitely give it 5 stars! There was tea, coffee, dish/laundry and bath soaps as well as olive oil, balsamic, etc. to use which is always nice! If we ever return to Italy, we would definitely stay here."

"Maison agreable dans une jolie ville. Commerces et restaurants sympathiques. Espace exterieur parfait pour notre chien. Il manque juste une peite table basse. Merci à Dario et à sa femme de leur accueil."

"L’appartamento è grande, chiarissimo. Ha un bel giardino dove si può sedersi o mangiare. Si può vedere un bel tramonto a due passi. I due bagni sono moderni. La cucina ha tutto quello di qui si ha bisogno. Tanti restauranti accanto all appartamento. Si può venire a piedi dalla stazione in 10 minuti e senza avere un ponte con scalini a attraversare. Molto comodo con le valigie. L’unica cosa è che l’appartamento è un po’ lontano dal centro ma c’è il vaporetto vicino e che non ci sono supermercati...

"The actual studio apartment was not available due to damage from a falling tree. Our host was very kind and provided alternative accommodation for us and was in contact all the time to offer assistance. "

"The property was very spacious and had everything we would want. The location is perfect; tucked away down and alley from the main water front in Venice. A short walk to all the main attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Both Angelo and Emamuela were very helpful and responsive to any questions or issues. They recommended a boat tour, met us at the boat stop after we arrived and made the visit a wonderful experience!"

La anfitriona muy amable y encantadora, la comunicación perfecta y la casa muy limpia, agradable, acogedora y con muy buen gusto decorada. Una pena que solo estuvimos dos dias, sin duda en cuanto podamos y si es posible volveremos, para disfrutar mucho mas de ella y de todo su alrededor."
