"The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We attended the beer school on offer in the bar and also had the shower beers. There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. The room itself was lovely and very clean, heating/ air con easy to use and overall had a lovely time. "

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. "I love this hotel, it’s in a great location. The studio room is the best, I love the size and layout. Clean room with a great view. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I’ll probably be back. That’s mostly down to the best hotel gym I’ve seen in a long time. Staff are OK, I don’t like that service charge is added but it is very easy to take off."

The lift was broken which I understand is unprecedented, and Kieran was lovely at offering us complimentary late check out.
